Creative Design for CUREageous 2024 – “A Royal Affair”

Client: Illinois Cancer Care (ILCC) Event: CUREageous 2024 – 15th Annual Fundraising Gala Theme: Royal
Objective: To create a cohesive set of creative materials for ILCC’s annual CUREageous event, celebrating its 15th year with a “Royal” theme. The goal was to elevate the event’s visual identity, capturing the essence of royalty and elegance while honoring supporters, donors, and the medical heroes of the Illinois Cancer Care center.
Deliverables:
Brochure Design: The brochure serves as the centerpiece of the event’s promotional materials, designed with an elegant and regal aesthetic. The cover features a split design, unified by a gold foil, die-cut sticker in the shape of the ILCC logo, symbolizing strength and unity. Inside, the brochure combines rich burgundy tones with ornate gold detailing, reflecting the royal theme and setting the tone for a luxurious evening.
Postcard Design: The postcards were created to provide a preview of the event and to invite guests in a personalized and impactful way. Incorporating the same rich color palette and gold accents, these postcards maintain brand consistency and serve as a keepsake for recipients.
PowerPoint Deck: A visually engaging PowerPoint deck was developed for the event’s presentations, ensuring that all slides aligned with the royal theme. The deck utilized bold visuals, elegant typography, and gold embellishments, enhancing the storytelling aspect of the event and maintaining audience engagement throughout.
Social Media Assets: A series of social media graphics were designed to promote CUREageous across various platforms, creating anticipation and encouraging attendance. These designs included event announcements, countdown posts, sponsor highlights, and thank-you messages, all adhering to the royal theme with cohesive branding elements.
Signage: Event signage was crafted to guide guests and enhance the venue’s atmosphere, featuring intricate gold detailing and royal motifs. From entry banners to directional signs, each piece was carefully designed to ensure a seamless and immersive guest experience.
Outcome: The creative set for CUREageous 2024 successfully encapsulated the elegance and importance of the event, resonating deeply with attendees and sponsors. The royal theme was brought to life through detailed design work, creating a memorable experience that honored the Illinois Cancer Care center’s mission and those who support it.
